Gesetz betreffend die bewaffneten Organe der Republik NVA Rechtsgrundlage: Provisorische Verfassung der Volksrepublik Wolfenstein vom 1. November 2009 Geltungsbereich: Volksrepublik Wolfenstein, Freistaat Schwarzer Wald, Mond § 1 Die Nationale Volksarmee ist Garant des Friedens und Held der Arbeit. Jeder Soldat, Unteroffizier und Offizier ist zum Aufbau der Heimat verpflichtet. § 2 Wehrpflicht besteht nach Schweizer Vorbild. Reservisten bis in den bitteren Tod. § 3 Wehrpflicht besteht für Männer, Frauen, Unmündige, Haustiere und Besucher, für Computer und ausländische IT-Spezialisten, ehemalige Angehörige aller Armeen, Telefon- und Grundstücksbesitzer, Autofahrer und Radiohörer, Erbschleicher und Selbstmörder sowie Briefmarkensammler. Ausgeschlossen von der Wehrpflicht sind: Unwillige, Bartträger, Tomatenzüchter und Einhörner, denen es jedoch freisteht, freiwillig ihren Ehredienst zu leisten. § 4 Die Armee wird auf die Verfassung (Gesetze) der Republik vereidigt. Niemals auf angetrunkene Personen oder abgefahrene Rockgruppen. § 5 Der Grosse Wolfensteiner Generalstab übernimmt die Führung der Streitkräfte im Ernstfall. Der Minister bleibt im E-Fall Mitglied der Regierung und darf Alkohol trinken und rauchen. Den E-Fall bestimmt der Sicherheitsrat bzw. in Ausnahmen der GWG selbst. § 6 Die Armee wird zu allen Aufbaumaßnahmen Wirtschaft, der Infrastruktur und Landwirtschaft herangezogen. (Ausser im E-Fall und bei Übungen, sonst "Bau auf, bau auf, bau auf, bau auf, .." = 1. Gebot)
